This class covers the boxing basics: Stance, footwork, basic punches, skipping rope, and calisthenics. If you want to get fit while learning a new skill, this class is for you!
In this class, we work on more advanced boxing skills as well as partner drills that simulate real-life combat situations. Controlled sparring is also available.
