Breach Fitness was inspired two years ago in the owner’s garage when a group of friends were looking for a change in their traditional workout routines. The owner combined his passion for strength and conditioning, interval-training and boxing to develop unique workouts with his friends. This led to personal training clients with great results, and eventually the creation of Breach Fitness.
Breach Fitness strives to make a positive impact in the community through the pursuit of health and fitness by providing challenging workouts and motivating coaches to our members on a daily basis. In order to grow, you must break through, or "Breach", your comfort zone - because growth doesn't happen in your comfort zone.
We offer two types of classes - "Breach-Fit" which is a constantly varied, high-intensity combination of weightlifting, gymnastics and aerobic conditioning. These classes will help to improve your endurance, strength, mobility, and speed - as well as incredible aesthetic benefits. Our boxing classes provide our members an opportunity to train like a boxer- without getting hit. In addition to getting in incredible shape - you will learn the fundamentals of the "sweet science", i.e., the time-proven, oldest form of Western Martial Arts- from one of Houston's most experienced boxing coaches (over 20 years)!
The availability of both "Breach-Fit" and Boxing classes in one gym creates a unique experience for our members to mix up their traditional workout routine in exciting new ways and empowers them to become "Better than yesterday, every day".
